Jesus is Always Victorious Over Satan!

One of the foundational truths we focus on in our Freedom Fighter International Training Center curriculum is the spiritual truth of being hidden in Christ! Disciples of the Jesus need to understand the truths of being hidden in Christ, resulting in a more victorious life. PART ONE we examined some basics of being in Christ. This part — Part II will examine what blessings and benefits we possess as a result of this spiritual truth and reality. I believe understanding these truths will empower you to be a more victorious disciple in Christ!

The apostle Paul taught the church, more then two-thousand years ago, that we have been blessed with EVERY spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. In Ephesians 1:3 the Scripture is clear: “…who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.”

What is some of the blessings we have by virtue of who we are in Christ? We have all of His love, peace, joy, strength, provision, and on and on I could go. However, today, I want to focus on the blessing of VICTORY! That’s one of the blessings we have in Christ. He is “far above” all demonic powers (see Ephesians 1) so as a result of being IN HIM –we are ALSO far above all the dark forces of Satan.

Moreover, we who are in Christ Jesus are also in a continual state of victory –forevermore. The Scripture is clear on this. In 2 Corinthians 2:10 the apostle Paul encourages us in this truth for all time: “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ.”

We are winners, not losers. We are victors in the resurrected Son of God! Amen! Be encouraged my brothers and sisters, we win with Jesus for we are IN HIM!

So, to recap:

-When we are born-again, the Holy Spirit invades our spirit nature and we become alive.
-Immediately, God the Father, takes our spirit nature and transports it to the heavenly places.
-Once we are in the heavenly places, God places us in His Son. We are now hidden in Him!
-By virtue of being in Him we are blessed with EVERY spiritual blessing, including victory!

Soul Invasion: Take that Extra Step!

Take that Extra Step!

The fascinating topic of soul invasion (transference of dissociative identities as a result of soul bonds) deserves some exploration and investigation. It’s not enough to simply break off unholy soul ties, though that is necessary. We need to actually take it one step further, we need to explore. Allow me to explain.

Most Christians are aware of the need to renounce and break off unholy and unhealthy soul bonds but they simply stop at that point. After encountering thousands of cases of soul invasion, I’m here to tell you –YOU MUST take an extra step. Yes, spiritually cut off those unholy soul ties that have been created, in your life, that are spiritual bridges, that can potentially cause serious demonic issues in your life. That’s the first step but there’s another step you must embark on.

After breaking soul bonds, which many churches believe is necessary, more work needs to take place. You need to explore. You need to investigate to see whether a soul part of the individual you created a soul tie with is present. It’s not God’s will for you to be one with others thus the necessity to remove, spiritually, any transferred heart parts (soul invaders). The Holy Scriptures teach that we ought to be one with Christ (John 17), with one another in the Body (also John 17), with one’s marriage partner (Matthew 19 & Ephesians 5) but we must resist and renounce any unholy bonds (1 Corinthians 6 & 2 Corinthians 6).

Jesus desires for His people to be FREE and WHOLE!

Partaking of the Powers of the Age to Come: Defeating Dragons

In the Holy Scriptures we see that God desires His people to partake of the miraculous and yet so few are actually involve in the ministry of miracles. Our God is a miracle-working God who desires to fill us with His power to cure the sick, heal broken hearts, cast out evil spirits, and perform other extraordinary feats. I believe the younger generation of disciples need to be exposed to these opportunities so they can partake of the supernatural acts of the Holy Spirit.

Hebrews 6:5 speaks of partaking of the “powers of the age to come.” What are these powers? I believe these powers are very special and unique among all kinds of powers that exist in our age. These powers are rooted in the Holy Trinity –the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These powers are divine capabilities. In our present age, we need these spiritual abilities. In fact, if you are interested you may “taste” of these powers. You’ll soon discover, as I have, they are GOOD! Fabulous!
Within the triune God there is limitless powers and by virtue of being in Him (Ephesians 2:6 & Colossians 3:3) we have access to these incredibly strong spiritual abilities that include curing diseases, raising the dead, activating holy angels, performing exorcisms and so much more.
Introducing the world to these spiritual miraculous realities truly excite and amaze. I have seen audiences, throughout the world, in awe, as we tap into these powers. It causes, especially the younger generations, to look into these realities and to tap into it. Transformation takes place and then lives are changed as a result. Don’t you desire to destroy dragons (demonic spirits) that are destroying lives and societies? We can stop them in the holy name of Jesus. However, you must be willing to tap into HIM and taste of the powers of the age to come that He provides for us.
Want to learn more? Very soon our Freedom Fighter Armory will be opened to the general public. We will examine and give practical advise on how to utilize more then 70 spiritual weapons at our disposal so we can be equipped to defeat dragons in Jesus name!

Vampires & Boundaries

Boundaries & Vampires

I have been on a journey on learning how to set proper boundaries. I was always saying yes to everything and everybody. However, in passing of time, I have become wiser and more prudent in this. You have to set boundaries on your time, in your ministry, in your relationships, on your usage of your talents, on your personal treasures and many other areas in life or you will doom to fail. We are not meant to be everything to everybody.

This isn’t meant to be an exhaustive study into the subject of boundaries; just a brief glance. I have come to believe, in life, the enemy will send people into your path to drain your time, resources, and energy. I refer to them as vampires. What do vampires do? They thirst for blood, for life-energy. Same with the enemy, he seeks to drain you. We must ever be on guard and vigilant. Consider these few passages in the WORD:

Proverbs 22:3 & 27:12 reminds us: A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

Proverbs 4:14: Do not enter the path of the wicked, And do not walk in the way of evil.

Romans 16:17: Now I urge you, brethren, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.

Some practical considerations:

-In your time, be careful who you give your time to. Yes, we need fellowship with each other but we also need time for Jesus. Don’t spend time with those who seek to hinder “turn away from them,” as Romans 16:17 tells us.

-In your ministry, seek to spend time on those wanting to be saved, healed and set free. Do not allow the enemy to drain your time on foolishnesses.

-In relationships, place Jesus first. Seek the Kingdom of God first. Then your family. Then the work of the gospel.

-Regarding your energy (and resources), save it for those who are open for ministry and those who celebrate the ministry. Do not give away your energy on those who are simply seek to drain you. Same with relationships. Save your energy and direct it to your time with God, then family and friends, then others.

Watch out for the vampires. They are always seeking to manipulate your time, resources and energy. It’s okay to say no to people. It’s okay to hide yourself from the vampires. It’s okay to take detours to avoid evil people. It’s okay to set up boundaries in your life. In fact, the WORD tells us too!

Forgotten Ministry of Jesus: Casting Out of Demons!

I recall as a young teenager desiring to perform miracles in Jesus name. There was a BIG problem –the church I was attending, at that time, didn’t teach, promote, or believe in the miraculous; especially the ministry of casting out of evil spirits. The church simply avoided any talk of deliverance. That bothered me. It still bothers me as so many are suffering from demons. We need to follow the example of Jesus –He cast out demons! It’s really simple but this ministry remains hidden by and large.

In my last entry I referred to the healing of the broken-hearted as being a forgotten ministry of Jesus. That is true. Another aspect of the ministry of the Savior that has been ignored and dismissed is the actual ministry of driving out demonic spirits. It is true, there are many ministries and churches taking a more active role in this area of ministry but the numbers are still small. Very few churches, missions and ministries acknowledge the need for the ministry of deliverance, exorcism, or freedom from evil spirits.

This is a spiritual crime as millions in churches are suffering from demonic afflictions. If the disciples of Jesus won’t cast out demons then where will people turn to for deliverance from evil?

We need to go back to the basics. What does the WORD tell us about this vital ministry? Consider the following:

Matthew 10:1 says, “And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out…”

Mark 6:7 says, ” And He called the twelve to

Himself,  and began to send them out two

by  two, and gave them power over unclean spirits.”

Luke 9:1 says, “When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases…”

These are only several  references. There are many more. I t’s quite clear from the WORD that Jesus desires His  disciples  to drive out demons! Why isn’t this ministry being fulfilled? I think there many reasons such as: unbelief in the  miraculous, theological bias, apathy, compromise to the commands of Jesus, and many other reasons. It’s truly unfortunate.

I also believe many are fearful; including many pastors and leaders. This is a frontline ministry. You are combatting very strong forces that many Christians, sadly, are afraid of. This must change. We need men and woman of courage and determination. We need more disciples willing to be different. God will use those who dare to stand up to Satan. The Holy Spirit WILL empower you just as He has empowered me. Yield to Jesus and His Spirit and watch the deliverance miracles take place before your eyes!
